The simple malt bill in this rye pale ale recipe, lets the spiciness of the rye malt stand out. Add to that the uniqueness piney fruitiness of the Chinook hops, and the fruity esters of the S-04 yeast, and you’ve got a whole lot of fun flavours going on.
Try substituting S-04 with US-05 for a ‘cleaner’ flavour.
This recipe will cost £23.
