Method
Treat mash water with 20ml AMS
Mash at 67°C at 40 mins in 23L Water
Sparge with 9 L water
Boil for 60 mins
Carbonate as desired.

It’s hazy and fruity, due to the oats and wheat malt and the Simcoe and El Dorado hops.
The use of S-04 gives it even more fruity esters. If you want to make it a bit dryer, use US-05.
