Torrified Wheat 520 g
Munich Malt 260 g
Biscuit Malt 160 g
Chocolate Malt 160 g
Crystal Malt 160 g


Light Dried Malt Extract 2 kg 60 mins
Chinook 19 g 12% AA 60 mins
Tettnanger 15 g 3.8% AA 30 mins
Coriander Seed* 28 g 10 mins
Orange Peel (Sweet)* 14 g 10 mins
Nutmeg* 4 g 10 mins
Willamette 15 g 5.6% AA 5 mins
Orange Peel (Sweet)* 14 g After fermentation
Cinnamon Sticks* 3 items After fermentation


Fermentis Safbrew BE-256 Abbaye Ale


Treat mash water with 20ml AMS

Mash at 68°C for 40 mins in 23L Water

Sparge with 9.5 L water

Boil for 60 mins

Carbonate as desired
