Use WB-06 for a more traditional, German flavour, with hints of bananas and clove, or go with the US-05 for an American style wheat ale.

Wheat Malt 2.5 kg
Pilsner Malt 2.5 kg
Carapils 200 g

Hops

Tettnanger 24 g 3.8% 60 mins
Tettnanger 15 g 5 mins

Yeast

Fermentis Safale WB-06 Bavarian Wheat

or

Fermentis Safale US-05 American Ale

Method

Treat mash water with 20ml AMS

Mash at 66°C for 40 mins in 23L Water

Sparge with 9 L water

Boil for 60 mins

Carbonate as desired.
