Stryrian Dragon 15 g 5.6% 60 mins
Stryrian Dragon 10 g 5.6% 20 mins
Stryrian Dragon 15 g 5.6% 5 mins

Yeast

Fermentis Safale S-04 English Ale

Method 

Treat mash water with 20ml AMS

Mash at 67°C for 40 mins in 23L Water

Sparge with 9 L water

Boil for 60 mins

Carbonate as desired
