Learn to brew beer on one of our beginner’s classes
Our classes are hands-on, where you will brew 20 litres of your own beer under the guidance of one of our resident experts. That’s roughly 40 x 500ml bottles of your own craft brew. The classes include ingredients, bottles and a whole load of information to get you started. And of course we’ll have a few local craft beers for sampling during the class.
After 2 weeks, once your beer has fermented in our fermentation chamber, you will return for a bottling workshop (about 2 hours) where you will bottle your beer. You can then take your beer home to allow it to carbonate, and a few weeks after that you can drink it!
For an extra £15 you can bring a friend to share the class (and the beer!).
Our All Grain Beginner’s Class gives you everything you need to get started on your brewing journey. You’ll brew one of our tasty IPA, bitter or stout recipes, with expert tuition throughout the day. You will use our high-tech brewing equipment and facilities and learn the basics of all grain brewing.
Our all grain classes take place on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am – 2.30pm.
